Deepname.com provides a marketplace and communication tools for the buying and selling of domain names. We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers unless explicitly acting as a broker.
Subscription fees for Pro accounts and temporary Domain Boosts are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of domain boosts and chat unlocking, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Users are strictly advised to use a secure third-party escrow service (such as Escrow.com) to transfer funds and domain assets. Deepnom.com is not responsible for any financial loss, stolen assets, or fraudulent activity occurring off-platform.
